1. Orders & Confirmation
When you place an order, it is considered an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation. This email serves as proof of purchase and order confirmation.
Rab Soxy reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
2. Payment
We accept secure payments through credit cards, debit cards, UPI, wallets, and other supported payment methods.
All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways. Rab Soxy does not store your card or payment details.
If payment is not successfully received, your order may be cancelled automatically.
3. Pricing & Taxes
All prices listed on www.rabsoxy.in are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
For international orders, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country.
4. Promo Codes
Promo codes must be applied during checkout to be valid.
Codes cannot be added after an order has been placed and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, and external factors.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Rab Soxy is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to approval.
Returned products must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition
Due to hygiene reasons, worn socks cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

We strive to display accurate product images, colors, sizes, and descriptions. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, photography, or manufacturing updates.
9. Warranty
Rab Soxy products are covered against manufacturing defects only.
This does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse
- Improper washing or care
- Accidental damage
- Fading after repeated use
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us with your order number and photos.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including logos, product designs, text, graphics, and images belongs to Rab Soxy and may not be copied or used without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Rab Soxy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the order.
